fun and I was traveling. Then I left , got married, had a family and stayed home for ten years. When I went back to work, I knew I didn't want to work in food anymore, so I went to the school system. I started subbing as a lunch aid and in the cafeterias and within one year, I ended up as an elementary librarian. I worked there for nine years before going into the offices at United Disability Services. More money and benefits were pretty good. I stayed there for four years until the program I was working under lost their funding. I transferred to another program, but wasn't happy there, so I started looking. That is how I ended up at SAM or Summit Academy Management. I am now an administrative assistant to the Director of Akron Secondary School on East Market. I love it here. The hours are great, the job is fun and the people I work with are the best. Life is good!
