Sara's Story
Life
I am married to Carl, a chef. We were married May, 1990. Our son Tim was born 4/11/91, in Olney, MD, & our son Ben was born 12/25/93, in Las Vegas. We have moved around a lot, but have been in West Lafayette, IN, since 12/97. It has felt great to be in one place for so long, since both Carl & I are military brats, & moved frequently as children! Besides our 2 boys, we have 2 cats, Romeo & Smooshu (think Mooshu from the movie "Mulan".) I will be the short one in the family soon, as Tim is presently about 1" shorter than his 6'4" dad, & Ben will be hitting his growth spurt before long. He is already up to my eyeballs!

the Boilermakers...who will be coming back in football! Carl works as a chef instructor, & also cooks special events for the University President. I am a clerk in the Purchasing Department. We don't actually purchase things, but the dept approves vendors, and approves purchases over certain dollar amounts. I work at the purchasing helpdesk. It's interesting, & different things happenevery day. My job gives me the flexibility to attend to the boys needs if something happens during school.
It's been an interesting life together. I wouldn't trade it!
