Sara's Story
Hi to every member of the 74 class of John Marshall High School. I'd enjoy hearing from you. I'd love to hear from Becky Weathers if your out there somewhere. I married the same guy i dated through my junior and senior year. He was a Lawrence Central student, and we're still married today. I have three grown children and three grandchildren, even though i am only 29...I went on to get a Paralegal Certificate and then raised my kids while my husband was in the Marine Corp. and eventually went on to Marion College at the same time my oldest daughter was a senior at Marion College. I have had a blast growing old. I now own two home business(s) after retiring from Community Hospital in 2000. I volunteer as a fundraiser for Eli Lilly for they're "Out of the Darkness" campaigne thats coming up in September,...Expand for more
It for Mental Health awareness. I also volunteer for the American Cancer Society doing fundrasing events, and Dress for Success. Those alone keep me busy, and i am the Crime Watch Captain for my street, and i still make time to play with my 7 year old Granddaughter and my two 2year old granddaughters (not twins- come from different parents) born one month appart, and after all of the above i still love it when friends drop over and we hang out on my deck and pass away the hours talking about our favorite vacations or recent movies or just current events going on. To this day where ever i go and what ever i do i never meet a stranger, i always gain a friend. e-mail me at
