Sarah's Story
Life
Graduated from Grambling State University in 1970. Obtained a Master's Degree from University of Southern Mississippi in 1976. Attended Auburn University for 2 years gained 30 or more hours above the Master's degree. I Have worked in Concordia Parish as School Librarian for 30 years and in Business Education for three years. Have been teaching for 35 years. I am officially retired as of May 26,2006.

I began my teaching career in 1970 as a Librarian in Rosston Arkansas. I worked there for one year before returning home to work as a Business Education Teacher at Ferriday Ninth and 10th grade school. I worked there for three years. I was transferred to Vidalia Upper Elementary School as Librarian. I was there for twelve years, before coming to Ferriday Upper Elementary where I retired on May 26, 2006.
