Sarah's Story
Life
After high school I went to Snow College for a year. I then decided to take some time off so I could save up some money. Finding work then took me to Lake Powell, UT where I worked as a seasonal employee as a boat rental agent. While at Lake Powell I met my husband. We got married Feb 22 of 2003. We currently live in Novato California about a hour north of San Francisco. We have been here for almost a year before this we spent 9 months in Virginia and before that we were about 20 miles north of where we live now so i was able to come back to work for the same company. I work as a EMT for a private ambulance company. I am a station supervisor i am in charge of about 15 people some of the time im not sure why I took the position but I like being able to make things happen. School
Hey all well im back in school again finally. I am currently a student at College of Marin here in california. I am working on my prereqs for Nursing school. its pretty stressful with going to school full time and working full time but thats ok I am used to being busy.
Workplace
I think I have the best job around. I work for a company that does non emergent transport so you really get to see the real people and get to be alittle more personable. Almost everyday I get asked if I like my job and I can say yes I love my job. We have a few patients that go to doctors visits on a regular basis and so you get to know the people. I love my job. well i have recently had to quit my job to move across the country yet again right now im a good little house wife but working on getting licenses transfered to get work here.
