Work for UK company (Remploy) manufacturing CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) protective garments for the military, police and First Responders. US Business Development for US office in Alexandria, VA.
After HS, attended Brunswick Jr. College, St. Mary's College in Raleigh, NC and graduated from UGA in '77 majoring in Art Eucation and Art Therapy. After graduation headed out west to Red River, NM to run photo concession at Red River Ski Area. Following year learned teachers needed in Craig, CO where Bruce Gregg (GA '72) was teaching. oying skiing at Steamboat Springs on weekends. Missing Red River, I moved back and taught school in a one room school house and became a ski instructor. Met first husband in RR. We married on SSI in 1982 and lived in Darien, CT for 22 years where I raised three beautiful children--Sarah Jr., George and Stephen. Now Sarah and George are in Red River, NM spending the winter as ski instructors. Hopefully, they'll put their expensive college educations to good use! Thanks to Classmates.com, I came in contact with Jack Hassinger and the rest is history. He is the best husband ever and we have a lot of fun together!
