Sarah's Story
Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. After graduation and upon joining the Navy, one finds out how different two people can be and how their lives click for two years and one day just be gone forever in a click.
The biggest surprise I have since grasuation is giving on ones that I love true and dear to my heart. There are some friends that I have let down and others I don't keep in contact with, life has been difficult for me since high school, but now I am happy.
My daughter turned 7 and my son is turn 9. My husband, Jaime, graduated in May with his Associates in Applied Science/Process Technology.
We are still recoverying from Hurricane Ike in September of 2008. Many of us are dwon with recovery, but a number of us in the county are still cleaning up and repairing items on ourhouses, like me.
Working hard towards my Bachleor's Degree in Business/Accoutning, which graduation is set for June 2010 for Unverisity of Phoenix Online.
Working hard towards building my financial services business in Hosuton, Texas and hopefully expansing to Illinois in a couple of years.
School
Greetings Class Of 1997!!! WOW, it's been almost ten years and I can't wait for our reunion to see my friends and classmates. I have accomplished a lot in the last ten years since being out of school. I don't want o repeat myself from my life bio.

ns inspired me to learn Spanish and I used it overseas while stationed in Itlay. I was able to pick up Itlian easily. Mrs. Wings was awsome teacher, I wish I could find her.
I will always remember my senior year when the marching band set a new record for the school at ISU. Mr. Buti put together a great show that year.
College
Well, right now I am enrolled at Axia College with Unversity of Phoenix for Assosciates of Arts in Business. I wil graduate in February 2008 with my Associates degree in business. In April 2008 I will start persueing my Bachelor's Degree.
Workplace
Right now I am a stay at home mom and business owner through Primerica Financial Services. I loving helping families get out od debt and financially independent.
Military
Greeting sailors and Friends!!!!!In Sept 1997 I joined the US Navy. Where I went off to boot camp for 8 wks. After basic training and some schooling I was off to La Maddelena, Italy (1998-1999) where I served for 18 months. While in Italy I met my husband (EN3 Nava, Jaime ) aboard the USS SIMON LAKE and made many new friends in the process. While aboard the Simon Lake I got to visit Greece, Turkey, Spain, France, mainland of Italy, Sicily, Gibraltar. The ship also went to the Perisan Gulf, Isreal and Africa. I didn't get to go.
After serving in Italy I got stationed at Norfolk, Virginia where I was asigned to HC-8 from July 1999- June 2000. I served there as an AZ while pregnant. While at HC-8 I was able to do my pars for AD. Where I tested and made AD3 on my first test. After delievering my son(Jermiah) I went to framp school for E2-C2 aircraft. When I graduated their I was off to VRC-40, where I maintaned aircrafts has a avaition mechanic. I was an AD3. I served there until July 01 when I got out of the service. After getting out of the service I move back home to Illinios to have my daughter (Adrianna). I was a Navy Wife at this time do to my husband EN3 Nava, Jaime was out to sea for six months.
