Sarah's Story
I met Bill Benjamin at college in Nampa, ID. Been married 43 years. He gardens, I cook. He's a microbiologist, I'm a needleworker. Opposites DID attract! We have almost nothing in common. Since high school, I've worked as a telephone information operator, register operator at K-Mart, secretary at UAB, and as a seamstress for a custom made children's clothing company. I've been very involved with the American Sewing Guild for years.
We have two kids, Heather and Adam. No grandkids. They live close by; I feel...Expand for more

We now have Caster, an Eclectus parrot, who rules our lives and Lindie, the parakeet who tries to rule his. We raise rabbits for meat.
I hated high school and was so relieved to have it over. The main thing I miss about Crescent City is the beach, It was a great place to grow up. We had freedoms our kids were never allowed.
Since high school, I've lived in Idaho, Washington, Texas, Louisiana, Montana, and Alabama. My favorite was Montana, but I always get homesick for the Pacific beaches.
