Ok, let's see.. Where to begin.... =)
I started school in the 1st grade at Paradise Valley elementary. I was a VERY shy and insecure little girl, and it was very difficult to get used to. I wasn't really used to being around kids my own age, so it was different for me. I had a hard time talking, when the teacher (Mrs. Cushionberry) would call on me, all I could do was whisper... *lol*
I left PV elementary after the 4th grade (1990) when we moved to Martinsburg, West Virignia for about a year. I went to Opequon elementary for the end of the year (5th grade).. Had a great teacher, Mr. Harrath.
Left Martinsburg in 1991, moved home to Casper. I started school at Saint Anthony's Catholic school mid way through the school year..
7th grade I started at CY JHS. The first part of the school year, I hung out with friends, Gayle and Alicia, most of the time. Stuff was going on in my personal life during that time, and I became a bit withdrawn midway through the school year, and stayed to myself.. f school. Because I missed so much school, I was held bac, had to repeat 7th grade. That year sucked, I had gained a lot of weight, and was really shy... Again, missed a lot of school. That next year (8th) was hell for me. I had stuff going on in my personal life (including dealing with my Dad's cancer, and my Grandmother's death) - I didn't want to go to school.. Didn't really have a choice at that point, had to go.. When I did go, I was "picked on" by certain insecure individuals to the point that .. It was a very difficult time for me - bad memories. If you want to know, ask me, and I may tell you about it.
So... In '94, my Dad took me out of school and switched over to homeschool. I graduated a year early (1997) and started college. Though, that didn't last long.. I was 17, and wanted to party, not study. *lol*
That's about it, as far as "school" goes... =)
College
I'm in college now.. I'm majoring in both Psychology and Human Services, Specialization Mental Health. My goal is to become a Clinical Psychologist, and eventually open my own practice.
