Scot's Story
Life
I am preparing to take the California State Bar Exam in February. This exam is proving to be quite a challenge. So free time is worked around the study schedule.
School
There are two teachers that made the biggest impressions on me. Mr. Smith in English because he was difficult and that pushed me work harder and Mr. Todhunter because he was concerned with how his lesson plans made an impact on us as students. Both were excellent as teachers and inspired me throughout my years as a teacher.
College
College was fun and hectic. After Cajon I went on to go to school and play football at San Bernardino Valley College for two years. After getting my AA in Politi...Expand for more
cal Science, I took a year off to work and figure out what I wanted to do.
I then attended San Diego State University for one semester then transfered back to Cal-State San Bernardino where I received a BA in Political Science.
Workplace
Since graduating from college I became a private school teacher/administrator for the Diocese of San Bernardino. My last eight years as a teacher were at Aquinas High School as an American Government & Art Teacher. I became an Administrator and for the last three years served as the Athletic Director.
I have since moved on into the area of law, and for the last five years I have worked with a criminal defense/civil law firm.
