Scott's Story
Long blonde hair, all-state bass-trombone, jazz band, marching band, concert band, The Flying Pesqualli's, chalking a PHS on the 50yd line at Richardson HS... all at J.J. Pearce HS
Then it was off to Richland College, still in band and trying to decide between a college/career in music, psychology and engineering. Man could I be any more confused?
Then it was off to Texas A&M... majored in Mechanical Engineering. After three years of that (I hated it) I left 30 hours short to LIVE my life back in Dallas.
I worked in Mechanical Contracting and partied for about four years until I met the love of my life, Linda (a North Mesquite girl). We met in Spring of '83 and married in January '84.
In late '85 we had our first son (Paul - now 23 married, ARMY & living in Hawaii) and moved to Tulsa (construction busines...Expand for more
s wasn't too good in Big D back then). In fall of '87 we had our second son (Kevin - now 21 single, working to be an EMT/Firefighter).
I worked for a General Contractor as a Sr. Project Manager until 1995 and then started my own Construction Management company. When business started to falter last year I hired-on with an up-and-coming General Contractor in San Antonio, where Linda and I moved in August.
Neither of us have spent any time in San Antonio until now... But, we feel like we moved to a resort... we love it. We are new empty-nesters and just eating it up. We live on the north side outside the 1604 loop. We love to visit the communities around San Antonio on weekends and just hang out.
I love the weather and getting to sit on my back porch without a coat most any day in January and smoke a cigar.
