Life After graduating with a BSSE - Instrumental Music from ODU, I had an award winning band program at Norfolk Collegiate School (I was there for 5 years 1993 to 1998) I am now the Business Manager for The Tidewater Winds Concert Band and work full time to maintain this professional concert band. I hire the musicians, write the grants, and perform with the band. I even go up to Richmond occassionally to lobby for state fine arts funding. I also get my own paid performance gigs around the Hampton Roads area. For this I do solos, duets and small ensemble work for various people and places. I also teach private students on clarinet and saxophone in Norfolk out of my office. UPDATE - October 1, 2002, I received a promotion in The Tidewater Winds that makes me administrator-in-charge of the entire band and will be involved in programming concerts and promoting the band. Still enjoying it a lot!!! UPDATE - February 12, 2004, Still hangin' in there and enjoying life.
