Life
17 has turned 43, I'm surprised that I'm still living. If I've done any harm, I hope that I'm forgiven. Got a few kids of my own...some days I still don't know what to do. I hope that they're not laughing too loud when they hear me talking like this to you!
If it seems like I've been lost then let's remember...

got in my way. Still I would not be here now if I never had the hunger. And I'm not ashamed to say the wild boys were my friends. I never felt the desire 'till that music set me on fire, then I was saved...that's why I'm keeping the faith.
I've been to the edge - and then I stood and looked down. You know I lost alot of friends there baby...I got no time to mess around.
And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.
