Scott's Story
After High School I worked for my Dad farming. Then I went to the College Of Southern Idaho for the year. Then I got a job that next summer with a hay contractor in Northern NV. I worked for him for two summers. The winters I went back to CSI. In the fall of 1973 I went back to CSI and the one semester at Boise State University. My Uncle Mitch got me a job on the Alaskan Pipeline. I went to Fairbanks Ak. And then to Toolik Lake Camp working for Morrsion Kunduson Out of Boise Idaho. I worked two years on the pipeline. I as at Toolik and Glennallan AK. I then went back to Boise State for the next 5 years. I graduated in 1980 with a BA in Music in Education. During Student teaching I found out I did not want to teach. I do really good one on one but the classroom just destroyed my confidence and I had kids get up and walk out and I never even knew they were gone. It was a very humbling experience.
I then farmed for several years.

id the same.
I went to work with my cousin Marty the winter of 1985. And in the winter 1985 we moved to Southern California. I lived in San Marcos for 5 years and I have been in Chula Vista for the past 18 years. I have been in construction since I got to California. I was working for Schilling Corporation. The largest dry utility contractor in Southern California.
I am now currently unemployed due to the housing downturn.
I went back to Idaho the last week of March 2009 and worked 7 weeks operating a big John Deer 9330 tractor preparing ground for potatoes and corn.
I am one of the two founding members of the South Bay YMCA Music Club. We get together every Saturday afternoon and play our guitars. It is a blast. We really enjoy ourselves.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Maggie Perice, because she was the most fun loving person I have ever met. She lived in Buhl and I dated her for one semester. I really liked her. I hope she has had a really great life and I sometimes wish I had kept in contact with her.
