Scott's Story
I've been a professional artist for over 17 years. For the last nine years, I've been an approved "Scooby-Doo" and Cartoon Network artist (working on such licensed properties as "Dexter's Laboratory," "Cow and Chicken," "Johnny Bravo," "Courage The Cowardly Dog," "The Grim Adventures of Billy And Mandy," "Powerpuff Girls" and "Ed, Edd, n' Eddy"). I have also worked on "Pokemon," "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Power Rangers Jungle Fury," "Winnie the Pooh," "Strawberry Shortcake," "Bratz" and "The Li'l Learners Club."
I'm the visual creator and production designer of "Hollywood Hal & Rhinestone Al with the Wannabees," which is a project he co-created with Scott Innes (a.k.a. The voice of Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and Scrappy-Doo) and musician Jim Hogg. I create all the artwork for the Hal & Al "live-action" TV show and "live" stage shows as well as all Hal & Al advertising, media and product design.

ind "Delaware County Magazine," which publishes a print run of 125,000 copies a month throughout the Main Line of Philadelphia and its' surrounding suburbs.
In 2003, I ended a successful seven year run as the weekly editorial cartoonist for "The Suburban and Wayne Times". I have also continued to work in advertising doing illustration and cartooning work for many small and large companies. I've also done conceptual and product design for The Franklin Mint and the Bradford Exchange on a freelance basis. Plus, I have experience in storyboarding, spot illustration, and caricatures.
For over six years, he had taught and spoke at many local community art centers and community colleges, as well as at local AARP meetings. He has instructed all ages in the art of cartooning and drawing.
I'm still single and live in suburbs of Philadelphia, Pa and have a scrappy Yorkshire Terrier named Alfie whom I'm creating a comic series and children's book series around. You can see my art blog at scottneelyart.blogspot.com.
