Scott's Story
I am a psychotherapist in Monmouth County; I've been in practice since 1999. I recently opened up my own office in Middletown. I provide counseling for adolescents and adults on various mental health and substance abuse issues. I also work for a company providing counseling services to other companies' employees and their families.
I've been living at the Jersey Shore since 1996. I have 3 great kids, Jessica 8yo, Jared 7yo, and Jason 4yo.

with Facioscapulohumeral dystrophy (FSHD), the 2nd most common form of Muscular Dystrophy. It turns out my father has it too and didn't know it. Although not directly life-threatening, it creates a lot of inconveniences physically, and it's a progressive muscle disorder without a cure. Good Times! Anyway, as a result, it has made me look at life a lot differently, trying my best to live life to the fullest, and to experience everything I can to get the most out of life.
