Sean's Story
After high school, I attended Cosumnes River College in Placerville and then Sacramento City College. I worked for the State of California Department of Justice for a couple of years and lived in Sacramento until 1992. In the fall of '92, I moved to Iowa and attended Graceland College (now Graceland University), where I met my future wife, Rachel Ladd.

Missouri State University (now University of Central Missouri) in December of 1995.
From there, I managed a laboratory for a valve-regulated lead-acid battery manufacturer (now owned by Enersys) in Warrensburg, Missouri, for 10 years. I am currently employed as the Plant Chemist at a coal-fired power generation plant with Evergy (formerly Kansas City Power & Light), a regulated utility in the state of Missouri.
Rachel and I married in March 1996. We have two sons: Kelly, age 26, and Colin, age 21.
