Shan'Tia's Story
Life
I was born on December30,1988. I went to 3 elementary schools. I attended Thurgood Marshall the longest. I graduated May 22,2006 from Boyd Anderson High School. I am a songwriter, poet, singer, and I am currently enrolled at Seminole CC preparing to transfer to UCF. I am a fun, goofy,sometimes loud person but great to be around.My major is Psychology and Business although I will be making Business my minor.I love to shop,and I'm a real people person. It may not seem like much but I am a great person and for those who know me I'm sure they'll agree.
School
I attended Castle Hill Elementary for Pre-K. I then went on to Westwood Heights Elementary up until the first grade. Ms. Gaines was my Kindergarten teacher and Ms.Upson for first. At Thurgood Marshall Elementary I had Ms.Celestine for second grade, Ms.Donaldson for third, Ms.Mack for fourth, and Ms.Celestine again for fifth grade. I can honestly say I loved all of my teachers because I was teacher's pet but my all time favorite was Ms.Celestine. made sure middle school was a breeze and even though she now lives in Atlanta I remember her evry day as I go through high school.
Workplace
I started off singing in a group called Street Cruzers. Because of the death of our lead rapper, Lil'Cruzer and his dad our manager the group ended. I continued singing,going solo. I have been, since that moment, my seventh grade year, singing for X'Clusive Entertainment. Singing was my first real job. Later on I began working fo the Marome Agency. In July of that year my mom got married and I quit. I began preparing for school and for an accounting internship. In October I became a temporary intern at Equity Auto Finance. In January of 2005 I received a call from my former employer at the Marome Agency, an event design, marketing, and public relations company, where I was Office Assistant requesting my return. I have worked in a variety of places since then, mostly focusing on The Office management and clerical duty positions. As of now I am simply a full time student looking for a part time job. So if any one hears of any openings I am somewhat flexible but it wouldnt hurt to get the information and weigh my options. Hope to hear something soon.
