Shan's Story
Life
snevils at ev1 dot net. After Lumberton I went to Texas A&M and met my future husband. I majored in Nutrition. In Dec. '89 my then fiance graduated and took a job in San Jose, California. I quit school and went with him. We married in June'90. I eventually finished my degree at UC Berkeley. I worked in Nutrition Services at a hospital. Sept. s back to San Jose. Second child, a son, born Dec. '97. April '00 we moved to Houston and spent a little over a year building our dream home. We lived in it 3 month's when hubby's job moved him to Oregon. The kids and I followed just after Christmas '01. We are currently living in Newberg, OR (small town south of Portland). I am a stay at home mom, work a part-time Mary Kay business, volunteer as a Girl Scout Leader, and participate in Women's Ministry at my church.
