Shannon's Story

After graduating from USD in 1995 with a degree in Biology, I moved to Washington, DC to work for the US Senate. I married in 1997 and we moved to Arizona a year later. In April 2000 we had our son, Riley. In 2002 I graduated with an M.S. degree in Botany from Arizona ...Expand for more
State University and stayed on as the Herbarium Collections Manager for ASU's Department of Plant Biology. My daughter Ella was born in 2004. I left ASU in 2005 to be with my kids full-time, and also started a small business selling environmentally friendly baby products.
