I then went to live in Yakima with my grandmother because my mother was very ill. I attended Davis High School there my junior and senior years. I went to California to attend college, but had to return because of my mother's health, and then eventually went to WSU to be closer to her. I married at 21, finished college at Western in Bellingham and then taught high school English in Seattle for several years, until I had my two children. I divorced...Expand for more
and married my husband whom I worked with for over 20 years in mortgage banking. We currently live on the Puget Sound and are helping raise my adopted daughter's 2 adorable grandchildren. We have had many exchange students over the years and traveled to Europe to see them many times. Our 3 grandchildren are the focus of our lives now that we are semi-retired.
I always have a house filled with children, animals, and activity. I wouldn't have it any other way; we are healthy and life is good.
