Life 2008 Can't believe my son just turned 3. We left Nashville last year to be nearer my husband's family. We have 3 nephews closer to our son's age here. The youngest cousins in my family are my sister Janeen's boys that are in their 20's. We were all back in VanWert at the end of June for a family reunion and to celebrate my Mom and Dad's 60th Anniversary. Even my oldest sisters (most of you didn't even know them) came down with their families. We took a new family picture. It was the 1st one since 1978. I think everyone was ready to have a new one - but we never wanted to take it cos the last one in '78 was taken a couple weeks before our brother Steve was killed. We got a GREAT picture and included spouses and all our kids.Of course there's still a HUGE space that my brother left - but with a larger family group - it is easier now. My son was named after my brother. He is joyful with an outgoing personality and quick smile just like his Uncle Steve. I'm still a full time...Expand for more
