Life After graduating I moved to the Eastside (of Kalamazoo). I obtained a degree in nursing which I used for over 10 years before being given the opportunity to stay home with my children and devote quality time to them, quite an accomplishment in itself as their father and I were divorced by then. When they were old enough to not want mom around so much, I reentered the work force in the customer service field, and most recently sales/management, which I totally enjoy!! I am currently the manager of the garden department at Home Depot here in McDonough. We moved to Georgia in October,2003 to be closer to my brother and his wife, as well as my parents who are in Florida ( for now- trying to sell to move here with us). My brother and sister-in-law have finally made me an aunt on my side, although I have 28 neices and nephews on the girls father's side of the family. My children are presently 21 and 19.
