Sharon's Story
After graduation from Choctaw, I went to Univ of FL and then to Univ of West FL in Pensacola for a year. I moved to Arizona in 1979 where I have lived for the past 30 years. I married a fellow 1976 alumni of Choctaw, David Barton, and we currently live in Scottsdale with our three children (actually one just left for Chicago to go to college). I finished our education at Arizona State and I have worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor for 24 years. We live on some land in the desert outside of town and like to travel, especially to Mexico since it is so close. I love to hike, read fiction when I can, travel and scuba dive. We love to entertain and cook for friends, especially old friends from Florida when they come to visit.
