Sharon's Story

Life Hi, my name is Sharon Lynn Goins Wolfe and I graduated from Bland in 1975. I had a bio on here at one time but lost the information/password, etc., so am signing up again with all new information. I am presently happily married to my FIRST high school sweetheart, Mack Darrell Wolfe, Class of 1976. I married Colby Brown, in 1974, before my senior year of school. We have a daughter, Amanda Leigh Brown, in 1979. We divorced, and I later married Steven H. Harman, class of 1979, and we have a son, Adam Steven Harman. I was married to Steve until he passed away in 1997 from cancer. My FIRST high school sweetheart contacted me through classmates.com to let me know that he had moved back to Virginia from Maine. We decided to get together, get reacquainted and remininsce about old times and we have been together ever since. We got married in April of 2004. We are raising our son, Ryan David Wolfe.... kindergarden in Pulaski County this fall (2006) and is one of the loves of my life. My daughter, Amanda, is married and she will have my FIRST grandchild in February 2007. She and her husband and my son, Adam, live in Bland County. Mack, Ryan, and I live in Pulaski County, Fairlawn section, on a small farm where we have raised chickens, guineas, rabbits, cows, and at present a small fawn who lost its momma and so we took her in and bottle fed her. Life has thrown me some rough curves over the years, but I am very happy now and am so thankful that when Mack moved back to Virginia, that he had a computer and hooked up with the classmates.com site to check out his classmates and school chums and contacted me. Between the two of us, we have 6 children and 9 grandchildren with two more on the way!!! Life is very wonderful and I feel like I have been very blessed to have a 'new beginning' with someone as wonderful as Mack is!
