Sharon's Story
Life
Life is good! After living overseas for a few years I am now married (about to celebrate our 11th anniversary) and have a daughter (now 11) and a son. I went back to school when my son was six months old (he is now 9) and received my AA and my BS in education in three years. I took some time off from school to teach at the local community college, and then to run an after school program. I am now back in school to get my master's and doctorate in School Psychology and working as a substitute teacher as well as teach computers at my childrens school. I live two and ...Expand for more
a half hours north of San Francisco and get back down to the LA area once or twice a year where I still keep in touch with a couple of people from high school. Would love to get in touch with a few more.
College
After high school went to Mt. Sac for a year. Went to a university overseas for a year (hated it). In 1999 went to Clearlake Community College. Got my AA in 2001. Worked on my B.S. while working on my AA and got that in 2002. Now working on my MA and PhD in School Psychology while working as a substitute teacher and computer teacher in Lake County California.
