Sharon's Story
I attended Eugene Junior Academy my 4th grade through my 9th grade
I attended Laurelwood Academy
in Gaston Oregon my sophomore year (1960) through 1963, my senior year
I was scared to death shy and very dependent on my twin, Shirley. When I found out that we couldn't room together or work together or be in the same. classes I thought I was going to die. Mom must have talked to someone!
Turns out it was the best thing she could have done. By my senior year I was over my shyness and dependence on Shirley. I asked Anita Church to room with me...Expand for more
because she was fun to be with and was a true friend. We had a great time being the only 2 seniors on the 3rd floor full of freshman! Turns out Anita agreed to room with me because I was known for "cracking the books" and being on time to classes, work, worship and wherever I was to be. We had to graduate !! Fooled her because we got away with more escapeds and goofy things. I'm afraid we weren't very good examples for our freshman roommate, Sharon Wentz.
I wonder where she is now? If anyone knows I would love to hear from her.
