Sharon's Story
Life
I married my high school sweatheart (Todd Schwenke) who attended North High. Todd and I didn't date for a couple of years since he was ahead of me and already in college. I dated a couple of guys in our class (Larry Jones and Jim Lanning).. Karen lives in N. Carolina, and thankfully Todd and I have moved back to Ohio (2017) after 30 years in Texas.. Todd was in the AF for 23 years and we were fortunate enough to live in Europe for 12 consecutive years. We have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. hter has a daughter and fraternal twins. Our son has a daughter and a son. The triplets live in NC and SC so we don’t get to see them as often as we’d like. Our other children and grandchildren live just 10 minutes from us.. Todd and I are retired from our government jobs. He worked for a contractor at Fort Hood and I was a civil service employee (Personnel Security Manager). We don't travel as much as we used to, but I hope to go back to Germany this year or next year.
