Sharon's Story
Life
I am an Independent Kitchen Consultant for The Pampered Chef and also I am an Independant Distributer for a company called Tidal Wave. I sell health, wellness and skin care products for this company. I love both jobs and I do very well at both. I love working in the public and I am told the public loves me. I have 3 grown children. Tim, who is 24 and recently engaged to a wonderful little lady named Janene Feredy. Tim is in graphic design at a place called framesworth in Toronto. They do all of the framing for the sports hall of fame, you might have seen some of them. The nice pic's of famous athletes that are autographed. Well he works for those people. My second son is Brian who is 23 years old. Brian is head of Marketing and Advertising at 3 radio stations in Sarnia Ontario. He also is in acting . He and Tim both play in bands. They both play guitars and sing and they also play other instruments. My daughter Kelly is awesome. She is 20 years old and lives in London Ontario. She is assistant manager at Subway and she is dating a young man for the past 2 years named Scottie, who is just as much part of our family as our own children. My husband Len is incredible. He and I have been together since 1978. He is in Cable TV. He is what they call a Sweep Technician. He works all over Canada and the US. We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary May 8th 2007. We have a dog named Cody who is truely my best friend. He is going to be 11 years old Dec. 3 . My mom and sister Barb both have moved to Forest, where I live. Barb has a great husband from New Brunswick also and she has a daughter Natasha and a son Joshua. My brother Wayne lives in Milton with his wife Gale. They are very happy also. Seems like everyone is happy in my family. I have done alot of charity work over the past 10-20 years. I loved every minute of it. Unfor...Expand for more
tunetly I have gotten so busy that I just don't have time for any of it right now. When things settle down I would like to go back to helping at the local X-ray clinic. I really enjoyed it there and the people at the health center were great. I would have loved to have gotten a job there but we all know what its like to want a job in the health care system with all the cut backs. I have travelled a bit. Been to Venezuella, Key West, Miami, Bermingham Alabama, Florida, I can't remember where else if I have been anywhere else far. I have lived in Forest Ontario, in between London and Sarnia. Its a small town but its a great place to raise your kids. I wouldn't change it for a minute, even though I miss Saint John terrible. I still keep in touch with great friends Terry and Elaine Ross, who by the way are missed by Len and I all the time. If we could we would go to visit them every occasion and spend all of our summers with them. Maybe someday when I am rich and famous. That may never happen but one can always dream. So far the government hasn't taxed those yet. So all in all, life is great. I am very happy. My health has taken a beaten but I bounce right back and so far I have been able to beat everything it has thrown at me. God willing I will continue to stay healthy and live to see Saint John and the Bay of Funday again before I go. I miss the smell and for those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, try living away from there for 20 years and you will understand. I swam in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean and besides the temperature of the water, the salt on my lips made me so homesick for Saint John and those days living in Red Head. I miss those days and all of my friends who I associated with back then. If any of you read this bio, know this. I think of you often and miss those days. I love today and miss yesterday.
