Sharon's Story
Hello everyone..amazing to now be writing on a Classmates.com to see where classmates and old friends are, I guess something we do as we enter our so called GOLDEN years. In 1970 we moved to Scotland (my husbands' birthplace) and lived for 6 yrs. and our 2 boys were born there and our daughter in Canada.
We live in the rural area between Brighton and Trenton Ontario.
I have now celebrated 41 years of marriage in March to a wonderful man named Jim and we are the parents of 3 children, my oldest son is the m Managing Editor of the Woodstock Sentinel Review,the next son is in the business world in Woodstock and this Aug/10 is getting married to a lovely girl from the London area where they live, and our youngest a dau...Expand for more
ghter is a teacher and she and her husband have my only grandchildren..5, 8 & 10 year old boys...busy boys as all 3 love hockey, ball hockey and soccer so most nights are spent as a spectator on a field or arena and the middle child is on a rep soccer and will be rep hockey the that just adds to the numbers..but we love watching.
I worked in Government mostly, but also in Real Estate as well as Life Insurance until an unfortuate car accident ended my working career.
I have many hobbies,the biggest one my Grandchildren, as well as knitting, painting, stained glass, porcelein doll making,as well as designing and making jewellry to name a few.
I'd like to say hello to everyone and I'll answer when I can find the time.
