Shaun's Story
I moved rather abruptly from Ohio my junior year of high school. In Georgia, I found the love of my life, my high school sweetheart, and was married July of 1999.
In high school, I was one of those who wore nothing but black, practiced a form of paganism, and could be a royal smart ass. I've tried out for football. I was a part of the fencing team in Ohio, and I worked constantly after being able to drive.
In Georgia, I came to realize that being a smart ass isn't exactly conducive to being accepted in the South. After graduation, I converted to Christianity and have had a rather interesting walk of faith. I'm very non-denominational and non-judgmental.

rs, and I am a foster-to-adopt parent. My wife and I cannot have children of our own and being such a blessing as she has, Cyndi pushed us both into the world of adoption. We're currently foster parents of a 3yr old boy, a 4yr old girl, and an 8 yr old boy. We're hoping to adopt them all since they are siblings. We have three dogs, all female German shepherd mixes, named Abbie, Cali, and Nola. We also have two male cats, Ernie and Spooky. I have two, about to be three tattoos.
I have been blessed many times over and I've come to love Georgia. If you were to talk with me now, you probably wouldn't be able to tell that I was a transplant. That Southern drawl and life-style works its way into your blood very quickly.
