Shawn's Story
Life
I am currently living in Edgewood, Wa with my beautiful wife and nine year old daughter. After high school, I joined the Marines and spent 9 years visiting wonderful vacation spots like Okinawa, Korea, Colombia, and the middle east. I met my wife at my last duty station (29 palms, Ca) thanks to David Jordal. After we married, we returned to Washington so I could attend PLU. until 2001, when we returned to Washington and I began working as an Project Manager for remediation of contaminated sites for the US Environmental Protection Agency. Basically, I make dirty water and dirty dirt clean again, and occasionally get to fine or throw bad guys in jail. Along the line I joined the Navy Reserve, and continue to play weekend warrior. Unfortunately, that weeked warrior stuff has caught up to me and I was recalled to active duty for the Navy from Oct 2008 - July 2009. Now I'm back home and back doing what I love.
