Shawn's Story
Back in high school at marshall I enlisted into the USMC. Then I was working at Balboa Life and Casultie. While working there, Epilepsy jumped into my life. Shortly after it did my epileptologist ranked me disabled. My employer laid me off and refused to hire me back because of the seizures. So I've been on SSD for a while now.

ected when I told her about my seizures. I told her so she wouldn't think I'm a mental case. After the seizure, I'm totally confused, and some times during the confusion I hallucinate for a couple minutes.
Now I'm a guinea pig for the FDA. I'm one of the several thousand that have a pace maker for the brain to treat epilepsy. If anyone needs info on seizures for yourself, or for a loved one, I might be able to help you.
