Well it's 2022 and we pulled up stakes in the Great Pacific Northwest. Sold the place in the Seattle area and moved to the desert. As Sheila and I aged the "golden years" became the "achy years". It was painful in the joints during the winter. We don't get to see the family as much as we did but a 2-1/2hr plane ride isn't to bad. So it's She-She, myself, Addie(Golden Retriever) and Cupid(B/W English Springer Spaniel) on the go in Palm Desert. We try to stay positive, fit and healthy by golfing and making our tri-weekly run to Costco and buying a few goodies. We were walking with the dogs in the early AM but the heat now doesn't allow us to do this for the next couple of months. I look forward to seeing my fellow classmates in August at our 60th reunion. OMG, did you ever think we would be able to do this 60 years ago? I believe our Higher Power has blessed Sheila and I with very good health. While I may be short on wisdom, at times, I was given the ability to think for myself. I am a blessed man who has met some of the nicest people one could find on this Earth. Life Well, here it is , late 2009!! OMG, the time flies by. It is Holiday Time, and I want to wish anyone who reads this, a Very Happy Thanksgiving, and a Very Merry Christmas. Sheila and I have been blessed with a very beautiful family. We are fortunate to have good health and are able to play with our grandchildren, Hailey and Caden, twin's of Cara. They will be 4 yrs. old in January, 2010, and it really does make us think young. Keeping up with the two of them, and all of the family drama associated with, keeps us going.
