Shelley's Story
Life
After graduation I attended UCD and DU for awhile, then moved to Tempe and received my BS in Marketing from Arizona State (took 6 years because I worked my way through). I am currently working on finishing my MBA. My career has mostly been in sales and marketing management--my last position was as a product manager for a silk floral company in Missouri. While in the Ozarks, I met my husband, Tim Butler, who currently works with high-volume clients at a large discount stock brokerage. He had an opportunity in Wichita, KS so we married in March 1998 and moved there. We have since lived in the Bay Area, Phoenix (second home to me as I lived 10 years there during and after college), and have settled in Denver again, hopefully for good now. d my time raising our children and running a business of internet consignments and sales. When we get a chance we enjoy bowling and golf, and haunting auctions and estate sales. Some things haven't changed since high school--I still love music (we even have a Victrola for the old big band stuff!) and don't feel quite right unless I'm doing at least 3 or 4 things at once! I'd love to hear from any of the theater people we hung out with in high school. Happily, I'm still in contact with a few of my best high-school friends already, but it would be great to see what everyone else is up to as well.
College
ASU--fun in the sun, great Thursday nights at Devil House, too many bimbos wearing Giorgio perfume and stirrup pants! Better education than it has a reputation for, that's for sure, especially in the business school.
