Shelley's Story
Life
Got married in 1986 two children both Boys. My older son is now 20 and very involved with Phillipsburg's Lincoln Engine Company. My youngest will be 15 in November and has made who's who of Middle School Children along with honor roll all 4 marking periods, amazing work for a kid they wanted to hold back in 6th grade. He was diagnosed with ADD. Too bad the teachers didn't think something was wrong like I did and had him evaluated. His dad is bipolar and it is hereditary. Will be divorced this Oct., but have the job of my dreams being a hiring specialist with Empire Beauty Schools and traveling to places like Atlanta and Chicago couldn't ask for more right now.
Since Octotber of this year have seen or will see agh a lot of changes. Marriage is done, starting school in the next few months or at least by January for my BA in HR. Zach is doing pretty good in high school, and by the summer my oldest who will be 21 may be moving out on his own. Time keeps moving on.

School, middle school yes! I really did have inspirational teachers though. Ms. Redcay who was my choir teacher taught that hard work and persistance pay off and that is so true today. Mr. Blanchfield who thought I was much to bright to drop out and he was right there too! Not long after ditching school for a job I got my high school diploma at the Warren County adult high school, now in my thirties going to DeSales University for my HR Certificate which I will translate into a BA in HR Management.
Workplace
Went from the Ames in Washington from Shoes to Jewelry,then promoted to Store Trainer in a new store in Bethlehem Pa. Company folded in 2002 and was the Store Manager of a Things Remembered Store in the Palmer Park Mall. In 2003 left Things Remembered to take a position with Empire Beauty schools in their Lehigh Valley Campus, in 2005 promoted to Admissions Trainer and in 2006 moved into my new position as Admissions Empoyment Recruitment Specialist. Also going to school for my Human Resource Mangement degree.
