Shelley's Story

Life Welp I am pretty much the same as I was in high school.(Except for being married and having two children:)) Brian and I will celebrate our 10 year anniversary this June 8th. It's hard to believe we have been together almost 12 years! We have one son, Thomas who will be 9 in Oct. and is in second grade this year. I can hardly believe it. No, he's not a redhead, although I have no clue how he got out of it. Brian and I also have a beautiful daughter named Hannah Faith. She was will be 5 years old in May and YES, SHE is a redhead with her daddy's beautiful blue eyes. Pretty much Brian, Thomas, Hannah and church are my life where I am still very active. I still love music and hope to go back to school someday, but for now I am perfectly happy being a wife and mother.:)I also sing with the NC Baptist Singers and went to Alaska with the group in Sept of 2002. I enjoy doing HP Community Theatre when I have time and have been in Bar...Expand for more
num, The King and I, The Secret Garden, Godspell, and South Pacific(as Bloody Mary), Into the Woods(as the Witch) and most recently Anything Goes. I was a nun in that one. I guess that is a step up from a witch. :) Brian is back at Chick-fil-A for the time being and currently working to finish up his degree at University of Phoenix Online. Which he will FINALLY finish this year! YAY! I hope to hear from you and we had a great time at our class reunion! If you missed it we are hoping to have another one in 5 years so KEEP IN TOUCH!! Workplace Well my full time job is being a mommy so I haven't been in the "workforce" so to speak for almost 6 years. Frankly, I don't miss it a LICK! Also, I am too busy with life to have a "real" job. When I'm not raising our kids, I am busy with church and singing. Maybe someday when the kids are all in school I will go back to school just for my own edification but right now I am content just living life!
