Sherri's Story
Life
The most important things I have learned over the years are: 1) Having a relationship with God is not about being good all the time, or a list of do's and don'ts.
2) Developing a relationship with God is the same as getting to know people.
3) My family is more important to me than the letters following my name.
4) A positive attitude can make up for a lot of deficiencies, when applied properly.
College
I love...Expand for more
college! I want to teach undergraduate math when I grow up. I'm still involved with several collegiate organizations. My BS and MS are from NSU - Tahlequah. NSU is great, but they have no doctoral programs. So it was on to OU from there. It's like OU is the promised land for me, since I have dreamed of being here for years. Math is not my favorite subject, but there isn't that much call for music teachers, so, math it is.
