Life
Hello to my old friends from Gunderson H.S. class of 1981! I moved to Arizona in 1984 to get out of the Bay Area rat race. I graduated from the University of Arizona (B.A. English/Anthropology) and wrote and produced online and print documentation for Misys Healthcare Systems for 11 years. I just went back to school to complete an associate of science degree in histotechnology (clinical/research pathology laboratory). Theta Kappa, the honor society for two year colleges.
I've been married 18 years to Paul and we have two active kids, Tim (14) and Sara (11) and live in Oro Valley (north of Tucson). Tim is a freshman in high school who plays tennis and is active in Key Club, Bowling Club and several AP/Honors classes. Sara is a gymnast, a Girl Scout, a member of her school's science club, and plays violin. To add to the mix, we have a couple of pets: Misty (labrador retriever) and Max (golden retriever) and Nebula (guinea pig).
It would be great to hear from Gunderson and John Steinbeck Jr. High alum!
