Sherri's Story
I am married to my college sweetheart, Dan Stoney. We met at Clemson, and got married there too. We have been married for 25 years. We have one child, 19, and one child deceased.
I am a lawyer, a sole practitioner, focusing on criminal defense, domestic law and personal injury law. I am licensed and practice in both Georgia and South Carolina, which isn't difficult, since I live in Augusta, right on the border. attempting to get my first novel published, while working on a second one. Pipe dream? Maybe.
My husband is a chemist living north of Atlanta during the week. He comes home on weekends. My daughter, Marie, is at Georgia Southern studying film and theater. She's a wonderful teenager, which is surprising, considering the brat I was at her age. She takes after her father, I guess.
