Sherri's Story
after graduation, worked at Greenwich Research Association for 5 yrs., met my first husband Alphonse, we had a son, John-Paul (JP) in Vermont. Unfortunately our marriage didn't work out, however we were soulmates until his death 7 yrs ago. Lived in Vermont for 10 or so yrs. Am a recovering addict, was clean and sober 11 yrs from 1987-1998. And now as of 2009, have been clean and sober 8 yrs. Got married in 1998 (if that tells you anything, to a complete headcase maniac, that police said they hadn't seen behavior like his in years when I finally got the courage to leave him. live in Maine now (my son and me), JP is AMAZING! I have been truly blessed with a wonderful son, who has given me an amazingly beautiful granddaughter, Arriana, (his wife Amanda helped too!! haha). I have major, cardiac issues, and recently had two different brain injuries, so my health is falling apart, I may not remember things day to day, but I'm happy, life is good, I live with JP and his family right now.
