Sherry's Story
I lived in Brunning Subdivision off of 171. I can hardly believe how long ago this was. I attended Reed Elementary School until the end of the 7th grade. I moved with my family to Wilmington Illinois where I attended Lester J. Stevens middle school for 1 year. Then onto Wilmington High where I went for three years. I moved to Indiana Schererville when I was 16 and began living with my Dad, Tom Creek. I attended Lake Central High School. I met my BFF that summer and her name is "Kim O'Connor" Come to find out, Kim's mom, Joyce went to high school with my dad years ago-what a small world! uate i dropped out of school and joined a Magazine Sales Crew. I hired on in Chicago and then traveled for 4 1/2yrs. I was able to see nearly every major city in the US except for a few in the Pacific Northwest. I left the magazine business in 1987 to settle down in Fort Worth Texas and raise my daughter around her fathers family. I married for the first time in 1990 and then had my son John Michael in Feb 1991.
I am divorced now and my children are 21 and Jen will be 26 in December. I have a grandson named Jacob-Michael and he is 2. I have worked primarily in the customer service/sales arena for Companies like Tandy corp, Recently went on Social Security Disability .
