Shirley's Story
Back in Southern Oregon now, on the coast. Since moving to California my Junior year, I lived in CA for several years, went to bible collage, married my sweetheart, stayed in CA, moved to Washington, then back to CA and now back to Oregon. My husband is a pastor so moving goes with the job at times-but I like that. I have two grown kids (Joy & Daniel) that I am very proud of, but no grandkids yet--yes I am ready.
As a job, I am a TV craft demonstrator, writer of art and craft books and magazine articles and a craft teac...Expand for more
her (polymer clay mostly). I have a booth in an antique mall and enjoy being around people who are also into antiques..although most all of my items are vintage and makeovers...not antiques. I still love music and sing at church.
I feel great when I am volunteering at our local mission thrift stores (proceeds go to our men's and women/children's shelters). My house is cluttered and messy a due to the creativity side. No pets except our son is living here for a bit and has a bearded dragon (about 10" long at this point).
