Saundra's Story
Life
I moved to Washington, DC after working with the USO at Ft. Campbell in 1967. Living in downtown/Georgetown area proved to be fun and interesting and provided opportunities to become involved in the International community. My profession from 1968-2005 was in the development and management of new, high-rise condominiums, apartments and office buildings. Learning blueprints and construction of concrete buildings was facinating.
After a brief marriage (71-72) to a Pakistani, I remained single until 1986 when I married Chris. Since we both had same last name, Moore, it was an easy transition. We live in Fairfax, VA. with our cats and gardens and travel as often as possible. ...Expand for more
I have a house on the coast of NC, property in southwest AZ. and a time share in Playa del Carmen, Mexico where Chris can dive.
I retired as a property manager in 2005 and now handle accounts and reservations for a large pet sitting service (135 employees/3000 clients) and just do my 9-5. Never had, nor wanted, kids and since Chris was only 21 when we married, I have been raising him for the past 20+ years. Yes, he was born my senior year of high school but it's been a fun time for both of us.
I do think of people I went to school with and some of the teachers, wondering where they are, what they are doing, etc. Feel free to get in touch and ask questions if you are interested.
