Hello Willowridge Eagles! So many wonderful things has happened since I graduated from Willowridge High School. I went to Prairie View A&M University where I received my Bachelors of Arts-Music/Fashion Merchandising & Design. I moved to San Diego,California for about 2 years then I moved to New York City. I lived there for five years. I performed at Apollo Theater on Def Jam Night where I met Foxxy Brown and Jay-Z '96, I had a little girl in '97, I started a songwriters' forum under my company Queen Diva Entertainment NYC that was geared towards Hip Hop and R&B songwriters that was featured in Billboard magazine 1998 and 1999. I added an artist development -consulting-management division to my company where I produce music showcases and managed artists such as DJ T-Money Formerly of Yo! MTV Raps and International Playwright Sandra J. Albert, a former Co-Publisher & Partner of IsNotWas Entertainment and Publishing parent to IsNotWas Magazine an Urban and Electronica E-zine from 1998-2001. ack to New York City in March 2002. I stayed until December 2002 and worked at WNYE 91.5 FM as an Entertainment News Reporter and Voice Imaging. I moved back to Houston in December 2002 and I became the Producer for KTSU 90.9 FM "Kidz Jamm" which is the longest running Hip Hop Show in Houston from Feb 2003 to August 2003. I recorded a song called "Kisses in the Dark" that was placed on a compilation album called "The Big Picture." It got some airplay in New York City on WBLS 107.5's Vaughn Harper show "The Quiet Storm." I moved back to Houston in December 2003. I had my own inspirational show on KPFT 90.1 FM in August 2004-April 2006 called "Divine Voices with Queen Diva." I still have my radio show but now it's a podcast. I had the most awesome opportunity to work with 5 Time Emmy Award Winning Producer and Host Patricia Gras of HoustonPBS Channel 8 "Living Smart with Patti Gras" as a marketing strategist and publicist in 2005-2006! I got to perform on HoustonPBS "The After Party with Ernie Manuose." Now I am working on upcoming projects for 2008-2009 under my new production company Divine Voices Media to produce television, film and theater productions.
