Life
My Spouse
We were introduced by some mutual friends at a super bowl party. these folks had been trying to get us together for some time but hadn't been successful. I didn't feel like I needed help getting a date! They tricked both of us into being at the same party (didn't tell either that the other would be there!) and the rest, as they say, is history. Turns out our friends were right...we did enjoy each other's company, laughed at the same things, wanted the same things from life, and basically...we're perfect for each other!
My Pets
Jesse is a yellow labrador retriever. We got her so our kids would have a playmate and protector. I had a chocolate lab for 8 years, but lost her to heart worms right after our second child was born. It took a long time to get over losing Sally. But Jesse is a great dog...she SMILES! and she's a good friend to our girls.
My Kids

t, animated, funny, outgoing...I never thought I would have children...just didn't fit in with my "plans." But when I met my husband, we just loved each other so much that it seemed natural to try and have children to show the world what our love could produce. Our girls are loving, because they are very loved. And we are trying to make acceptable citizens of them...tho' it is a HARD job!!!!!
My Job
I work for a large daily newspaper (the only one in Savannah, actually.) It's a great job,tho a bit stressful at times. I get to interact with all the departments because the department I head (marketing) represents the entire organization, in a large sense. I started as an account executive and quickly rose through the organization. I became a director about three years ago. I handle all the media placements, research, event marketing, public relations, branding and strategic planning for our company.
