Life
Every day is a gift from God.
My Spouse
met years ago at a bowling alley in Twin Falls, ID...but I'm not a bowler--how that worked out was providential!
My Pets
More heartbeats than I care to count most days, but they bring a lot of joy.
My Jobs
1) Being mommy to two very outrageous and fun-loving girls.
2) Teaching high school in a remote Idaho town. Primarily business and technology with a few math classes here and there to students in grades 7-12
3) IT director for our tiny school district (135 students in the entire school...Expand for more
district, so the many on-line courses offered here need cutting-edge technology!).
4) On-line development of state-wide curriculum and standards for K-12 math and business education in Idaho
5) Volunteer EMT for fun and the occassional "date night" with my hubby-who is also an EMT. Nearest hospitals are 45 miles away either direction, so we always ask that if you come visit, please drive and play safely!
I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right.
