Stefanie's Story
Life
I was married December 28, 1996 to Michael. We moved to Tucson,AZ in May of 1997 and had our son July 2, 1997. I was working with the Red Cross drawing blood until the birth of our daughter August 18, 1999. We are now gearing up to make a move to Incirlik, Turkey in June of 2001. 9/24/01 We never moved to Turkey due to medical problems, but were planning to move to Germany this month. 3 we came to Tacoma, WA! Once here I started looking for a job, but that soon stopped when I learned I was pregnant with a very complicated baby. He arrive June 1, 2004 and spent one month in the NICU, had surgery at 7 days old, and has been hospitalized multiple times in the past year. With his medical problems, it looks like my husband will be getting out of the service and we will be heading back to St. louis at the end of the year.
