Life Stephen Albright, Esq. graduated cum laude from St. Francis College in 1979 with degrees in computer science and business administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University in 1982. He was admitted to the Bar in 1983 and was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel, and had been a member of the Cooperative and Condominium Committee of Association of the Bar of the City of New York. From March 1983 to February 2003 he was an associate, solo practitioner, of counsel and partner at several small firms. His substantive practice areas include: Real Estate - Including representation of developers, commercial and residential landlords, cooperative corporations and mortgage lenders. He has handled all aspects of real estate acquisitions and sales including representation of seller, purchaser, lender, title insurer, lessor and lessee. In addition real estate litigation experience includes specific performance, breach of contract, partition, broker contracts, tax certiorari, condemnation, summary proceedings, mortgage foreclosure, cooperative lien foreclosures and title matters.
