Stephen's Story
I was a Presbyterian pastor for 35 years. I retired in 2015. Chrissi (Le Barre) and I have been married 53 years. We had two daughters, Sarah (1974) and Liz (1980). Liz was killed in an auto accident in 2002. Chrissi is a horticultural therapist and organic farmer. Sarah is an archaeologist. naged to complete my doctorate in 2000, as well as certification as a spiritual director. I am currently doing spiritual direction. Chrissi and I have a small humble resort in Yelapa, Mexico, near Puerto Vallarta, which provides us with a lovely place to invite friends and family (yelapafun.com). We love to travel and read when we're not fixing up our Victorian house in Santa Cruz, California.
